Tie-Grr

Tigers are a diverse group of species, most originating from Southeast Asian countries. As an individual whose ancestry drives from India, I feel a special connection to tigers. We often view tigers to be destructive and dangerous, but in fact, more tigers are held privately as pets than those that are in the wild. Additionally, less than 10% of their hunts are successful. Tigers are, indeed, one of a kind and adorable (as displayed in the image above). Although tigers and I may not have any similarities, I feel a unique connection to them as they represent power and strength.

  1. I didn't know about there are more tigers as pets than those in the wild. It sounds pretty scary but at the same time it sounds good to have them as pets. I think if you raise them, they won't be as dangerous as we seen them in the wild.

  2. I had no idea that only 10% of their hunts were successful! This means that they have great determination to continue to hunt until they get their dinner. Very persistent.
